Declara tiene algunas deudas que manda se paguen. Tiene entre sus bienes lo que le deben diferentes personas, dos yuntas, una mula y un caballo. Declara fue casado con Juana Rosa Cortés, quien trajo como dote 12 mulas y él tenía una casa que vendió en 300 pesos y una negra en 318; durante su matrimonio tuvieron una hija de la que no sabe su nombre por haberse ido su mujer a Puebla y no haber querido volver a su lado. Nombra como albacea al Sargento Agustín Luis y como heredera a su hija.
