Don Manuel Vicente de la Barrera, Cura, Vicario y Juez Eclesiástico de la doctrina de Jalapa, Rector de la Cofradía de la Limpia Concepción, junto con don Antonio Primo de Rivera, Mayordomo de dicha Cofradía, venden a don Juan Antonio de la Riva, vecino de este pueblo, un solar de 26 varas de frente y 52 varas de fondo, linda al norte con casa y solar de Diego Méndez de la Granda, y camino que sale para la Nueva Veracruz, al poniente con solar de la virgen y casa de Jacinto Maza, al sur con tierras de la misma cofradía y al oriente con el camino que va para Los Berros, en la cantidad de 78 pesos.
