Don Alfonso Jiménez de esta vecindad, vende a don Luis García, de Banderilla, una casa de cal y piedra de edifico bajo, cubierta de madera, ladrillo y teja, que posee en el Callejón de los Tecajetes, saliendo por la Plazuela del Rey, que se compone de 36 varas de frente que lo hace al sur dicho callejón en medio, y del otro lado solar que fue del matadero o carnicería de la pertenencia del finado don Juan Esteban Elías, y 40 de fondo, por donde linda así al norte con la casa de doña María López, y por el costado del poniente linda con solar que pertenece a las Portillos, y por el del oriente con Felipe González. Dicha propiedad vende al precio de 1 000 pesos.
