Matiana de Jesús Licona e Isidro Licona, hijos legítimos y herederos de Nicolasa de la Encarnación Rivera, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, venden a Francisco de Aguilar, vecino del mismo lugar, un solar que mide 30 varas de frente y 67 varas de fondo, ubicado en este pueblo, el cual linda al oriente con la calle que sube hacia el Convento de San Francisco para el Camino Real que llaman del Ganado y casa y solar que fueron de Juan Vicencio de Flandes, al norte con casa de la viuda de Juan Blanco, al poniente con casa de Luis de Ascanio y al sur con casa y solar de José del Castillo, al precio de 170 pesos.
