Codicilio de Juan Lorenzo Velázquez, vecino de Jalapa, por el cual revoca y anula una cláusula de su testamento, fechado en este pueblo el 27 de marzo de 1691, en la que dice haber contraído su segundo matrimonio con Doña María González del Moral, y habiéndose prometido dotarla conforme a su persona, y no lo cumplió; y para que no haya pleito, la revoca, y es su voluntad, se pague la carta dotal que a su favor le tiene otorgada.
