Don Juan Bautista de Garaicoechea, de este comercio y vecindad, marido y conjunta persona de doña Manuela de Bárcena, ha recibido de don José Antonio de Bárcena, de don José Antonio del Valle y de don Juan Francisco de Bárcena, como albaceas del finado don Juan de Bárcena, padre de su esposa, la cantidad de 6 154 pesos uno y tres cuartillas reales, que en varias partidas y antes de ahora le han entregado de los bienes que quedaron por muerte de don Juan de Bárcena y que pertenecen a dicha su esposa. Cuya cantidad se obliga a tener en calidad de depósito, junto con 13 000 pesos que anteriormente percibió del haber hereditario materno de su esposa.
