Don Francisco Girón, vecino de esta Villa, dijo que por cuanto en el Juzgado del Señor Alcalde de primera elección, don José Antonio de la Peña Vallastra, penden y se siguen autos criminales de oficio de la real justicia contra Anna Negrete, presa en esta cárcel por incontinencia adulterino, expresando hallarse gravemente enferma, imposibilitada para su curación, se mandó le ponga en libertad entretanto consigue su sanidad bajo fianza de cárcel segura que la susodicha Negrete tiene ofrecida con el compareciente, en cuya consecuencia otorga que recibe en fiado y se constituye carcelero comentariense, obligándose a devolverla a la cárcel en cuanto se lo mande el señor alcalde.
