El Licenciado Juan de Palafox y Mayorga, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que el Licenciado José Joaquín de Flores Moreno le confirió poder el 17 de febrero de 1719, y usando de él lo sustituye en don Severiano Franco, vecino de la Nueva Ciudad de la Veracruz, para que pueda otorgar escritura de venta de la casa que fue del Alférez Sebastián de Flores Moreno situada en dicha ciudad y que sea con citación del apoderado del Convento de Nuestra Señora de la Limpia Concepción de la Puebla, por tener sobre ella 1, 500 pesos de principal.
