Don José María de Goiri, de esta vecindad y comercio, otorga que ha recibido de don Luis José Garzón, de esta misma vecindad, la cantidad de 2 000 pesos, de cuya suma 1 000 pertenecen a don José [Mariano] Chávez, sobrino de Garzón, de quien éste es tutor; y los que se obliga a satisfacerle en la misma clase y especie de moneda, en el término de 5 años, con el 5% mientras exista en su poder el capital por vía de depósito irregular. Para seguridad de su acreedor hipoteca, sujeta y grava cuatro casas; la primera hace esquina a la Plaza Prinicipal y primera cuadra de la Calle Real, las otras altas y bajas contigua la una de la otra, situadas en la Calle Ancha haciendo esquina también a la Plaza.
