Doña María Ignacia Blanco, vecina de esta Villa de Xalapa, viuda, albacea y heredera de don Francisco María Duarte, quien fue vecino de Apazapa, y con licencia expresa de su marido de segundas nupcias, don Diego Briseño, vende a don Benito Ochoa, de esta vecindad, una casilla de madera, embarrada y cubierta de tejas, con su sitio que mide 35 varas de frente y 27 de fondo, que linda al sur con la calle de San Francisco de Paula, haciendo esquina con el callejón del Perro, solar del difunto don Miguel Eustaquio Cardeña y casa de don Joaquín Turaño, al oriente con solar de Joaquín Iñiguez, al norte con solar que fue de Juan Flores y al poniente con el citado callejón del Perro; dicha venta la hace en 250 pesos.
