Don Domingo Martínez de Murguía, diputado de la presente flota al cargo del Señor Jefe de Escuadra don Joaquín de Villena, residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder al Señor don Francisco de Rezpaldizar, Diputado de los Comerciantes de España que viene en dicha flota, y a don Tomás de Apodaca, de dicho comercio, para que en su nombre cobren todas las cantidades de reales de oro, plata labrada, joyas, mercaderías, frutos y géneros que le deban, y para que lo defiendan en todos sus pleitos.
