Don Juan Bautista Guido, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, dijo que como albacea y heredero de don Juan Galván, otorga que vende a Vicente Leonardo Urriaga, una casa perteneciente a dicha testamentaria, la cual tiene de frente 25 varas y 52 ½ de fondo, ubicaba en la plazuela que llaman del Rey, con la que hace frente al oriente, al costado del norte linda con casa de Andrés Rodríguez, al sur con casa y solar de José Joaquín Morales, y por su fondo con solares de los herederos de Antonio Jaimes y solar que fue del Teniente Coronel José Antonio de la Pedreguera. La vende en 800 pesos.
