Don Juan Joaquín de Cendoya y Arizabaleta, don Juan Esteban de Elías y don Manuel de Goiri, vecinos de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorgan poder a Miguel de Lizardi, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, para que subrogando las fianzas que otorgaron de 2, 000 pesos cada uno a don Pedro de Garay, don Eduardo de Alsasua, y don José Antonio de la Madrid y Loviano, para caucionar los reales tributos de esta jurisdicción de Xalapa, que se colectan por su subdelegado don Gaspar de Iriarte, obligue a cada uno de los otorgantes, como fiadores de dicho subdelegado, por la cantidad de 2, 000 pesos para caucionar dichos tributos.
