Don Francisco de Escalona, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que tiene un solar que compró de don Antonio de Espino, mismo que vende a don Juan Manuel Rueda, señalando que tiene 2 frentes, uno al norte y Calle Real que sale de este pueblo hacia Veracruz, por donde mide 32 ¼ varas, y el otro ubicado al oriente y callejón que llaman del Perro, corriendo hacia el sur hasta lindar con solar de don Manuel de Zárate por donde mide 57 varas, al poniente linda con la casa del vendedor hasta la pared del zaguán y esquina de la testera de una bodega que aún esta sin techar. La venta la hace al precio de 500 pesos.
