María Guadalupe Abrego, viuda de Juan Agustín Serbonia, hija y heredera de Catarina Quiroz, otorga que vende a don Manuel Nava, de esta vecindad, un pedazo de solar con unas paredes de cal y canto, ubicada en la calle que nombran de Santiago, que se compone de 27 varas de fondo y 13 de frente haciendo este a dicha calle por la banda del sur con casa de los herederos de José Antonio Márquez, y por el fondo hacia al norte con solar que fue de Eugenia Rivera y hoy es de los herederos de don Miguel Mejía. Por la banda del poniente linda con casa y solar de los herederos de Juan Alonso de Castro y por la del oriente con casa baja de la vendedora. Dicha propiedad la otorgante heredó de su difunta madre, quien la hubo y compró de los herederos del difunto Miguel Chávez, y hoy vende al precio de 300 pesos que recibió de contado.
