Juan de Aguilera, maestro del oficio de calderero, vecino de Coatepec, natural de la ciudad de Cádiz, en los reinos de Castilla, dio su poder cumplido al Doctor Don Francisco Centurión de los Cameros, Prebendado y canónigo de la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Cádiz, a Don Gregorio Jacinto de Figueroa y Pasos, y a Don José de Zeberri y Lisasoain, vecinos de dicha ciudad, para que en su nombre y generalmente para en todos sus pleitos, causas civiles y criminales, y para que judicialmente, hayan y reciban las casas que dejó su madre María Jiménez en la ciudad de Cádiz, y otros bienes que le pertenezcan por herencia, y para que puedan arrendar o vender sus bienes, por los precios y plazos que por bien tuvieren.
