Don Francisco Martínez, alías Gordillo, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que vende a don Bartolomé Salvo, Síndico del Convento de San Francisco, 10 pesos de censo redimible anuales en 200 pesos, que comienza a contarse desde el día 20 de enero del presente año, cantidad que carga sobre una casa de paredes, techada de madera y tejas, que compró de Petronila Blanco García , cuya casa linda y hace frente con la calle que sube por el Calvario hacia el oriente, al costado del norte linda con casa que fue de José de Arcos, al poniente que es el fondo con un pedazo de solar de Francisco Julián de Ochoa.
