José de Arauz, pardo libre, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, vende a Juan Camacho y a Juana Núñez, cuñados, un solar que mide 30 varas de frente, dividido en la siguiente forma: 16 varas y media a Juana Núñez, viuda de José Hermenegildo y las 13 y media restantes a Juan Camacho, el cual linda por el oriente con casa y solar de María de Acosta, por el poniente con casa y solar del que vende, por el norte con el arroyo llamado de Xallitic y por el sur con la Calle de los Plateros, dicho solar mide de fondo 78 varas, libre de censo, empeño e hipoteca en el precio de 3 pesos por cada vara de frente.
