Don José Antonio Rajadel, vecino de Perote y residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, vende a don Jerónimo de Alcalde, un rancho de labor, nombrado Aguatepec, el cual linda por el sur con tierras de don Miguel de Soto y las de Tenextepec, al poniente con Rincón de Burras y tierras de don Juan Fernández Becerra, al norte con tierras que poseía don Miguel de Huerta y al oriente con tierras de Sebastián de Torres. La venta se hace en 1, 600 pesos, de los cuales 500 pesos son de censo a favor de la Archicofradía de la Divinísima, y los restantes 1, 100 pesos le ha entregado de contado.
