Don Pedro Gutiérrez de Ceballos, vecino de esta provincia dijo: que habiéndose repartido con sus demás hermanos la herencia de su padre el Capitán Don Roque Gutiérrez de Ceballos, quien se quedó con el ingenio nombrado Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, se obligó a pagarle 5500 pesos de oro común a ciertos plazos y con sus réditos atento a lo cual, sin embargo de que el último plazo se cumple para la Navidad de 1655, el otorgante recibió el día de hoy de su hermano Alonso Gutiérrez de Ceballos 5950 pesos de oro común, los 5500 de principal que le cupo de la referida herencia, y los 450 restantes, de los réditos.
