Don Domingo de Ochoa, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que liberta a María Otaria de la Trinidad, mulata esclava de 29 años, hija de Juana de la Cruz, por 80 pesos que le ha entregado y a quien compró en ese precio a doña Isabel Martínez Blanco, viuda de don Manuel Malpica. La mencionada María Otaria pudo conseguir de varios bienhechores y de limosna dicha cantidad, para comprar su libertad.
