Don Antonio Guillén, vecino y del comercio de esta villa, vende a don Manuel Hidalgo, de esta propia vecindad, una casa con solar de 37 y media varas de frente y 33 y media de fondo, hace frente al oriente con calle que de la Laguna baja para los Berros y del otro lado tenería y tierras de la virgen; por el norte con tierras de la virgen; por el poniente con las mismas tierras y más propiamente de su cofradía; y por el sur con una callejuela que de la calle del cuartel sale a la tenería. La vende en 1500 pesos, de los cuales 1000 pesos quedan cargados sobre la casa a censo redimible a favor del vendedor.\t
