Antonio Díaz Parraga, vecino de este jurisdicción de Jalapa, con poder de don Fernando José Gómez de Cervantes, dueño de un mayorazgo y tierras que posee en este jurisdicción y La Antigua Veracruz, usando dicho poder, renta a Juan Antonio Díaz Lozada, un pedazo de tierras ubicadas en este jurisdicción, el cual linda al norte con un pedazo de tierras, las cuales el otorgante arrendó al Capitán don Juan Antonio de Zavalza, al sur con tierras laborías de dicho mayorazgo, al oriente con tierras del mismo mayorazgo y al poniente con el mismo corral; lo renta por el periodo de 9 años, en la cantidad de 40 pesos por cada año.
