Don Manuel de Villa Pinto, Maestro Boticario y vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a don Alonso José Gatica, Presbítero, vecino del mismo pueblo, una casa de paredes y techada de tejas, la cual linda al norte con casa de don Gabriel de Arteaga, al oriente con casa de don Juan Antonio de Arce y Arroyo, al sur con solar de don José de la Calle, y al poniente con casa de don José Sanchinel, en la cantidad de 2, 400 pesos, de los cuales recibió 1, 400 pesos de contado, 900 pesos de censo a favor del Convento del Padre San Francisco, para obras pías, y los 100 pesos restantes a favor de la parroquia de este pueblo, a réditos del 5 %.
