Don Pedro López de Herrera Gómez, vecino y dueño de la Hacienda de fabricar azúcar, nombrada la Orduña (alias) Buena Vista, en esta Jurisdicción, otorga poder especial a don Antonio Bandini, vecino de la Puebla de los Ángeles, para que a nombre de él, se presente en aquella Junta Subalterna de Consolidación, a tratar y celebrar composición por los gravámenes y censos que en sí reporta la indicada hacienda de su pertenencia, con arreglo al capítulo quinto de la instrucción que rige la materia.
