Don Marcos Barreda, vecino de Perote, jurisdicción de Jalapa, informa que por fallecimiento de doña Margarita Moguel, viuda de don Salvador García de Zepeda, le otorgó poder para testar y albacea testamentario al declarante, junto con don Antonio Moguel, los cuales haciendo uso de los nombramientos solicitaron que se hiciera inventario de los bienes dejados por la difunta, para posterior a este, vender un rancho de labor nombrado San Antonio Ixtacapan, con todas sus tierras y demás pertenencias, a favor del señor Cura don Jacinto Guillén, representado por don José de Vargas, en la cantidad de 800 pesos.
