Don José Ignacio Díaz Mier, vecino del pueblo de San Juan de la Vega jurisdicción de Celaya, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder general a don Juan Bautista Cardeña, vecino de esta propia Villa, para que en su nombre y como nieto y heredero del difunto don Domingo Díaz Mier, cobre de la testamentaria de dicho su abuelo las cantidades que le deben, así también para que en razón de dichas cobranzas si se presentare contienda de juicio, parezca ante los señores jueces, justicias, juzgados y tribunales que convenga.
