Don José María Fideli, natural del Reino de Córcega y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Manuel García Herreros, vecino de la Ciudad de México, para que parezca ante los Señores Alcaldes de Corte de la Real Audiencia y Sala del Crimen de México, en conformidad a la orden que publicó por bando general, para la presentación de los extranjeros que residen en este reino, en el cual pida se le dispense el no poder presentarse personalmente, debido a sus males habituales y pida le concedan entera libertad para vivir en este reino.
