El Capitán de Milicias Provinciales, José Antonio de la Pedreguera, vecino de Jalapa, dijo que al señor Matías de Armona, Juez de Residencia, se le ha pedido fianza de Juzgado y sentenciado, por la residencia que de su merced va a tomarle al excelentísimo señor Juan Fernando de Palacio, Gobernador de Veracruz, por lo que a través de la presente otorga que se constituye en fiador liso y llano pagador de dicho Armona por cualquier cantidad de pesos que de residencia pueda o deba ser juzgado y sentenciado.
