Joaquín Ildefonso de Torquemada, vecino de este pueblo, por escritura que le otorgaron el Bachiller José de Torquemada y María Nicolasa de Torquemada, mujer de Agustín Suárez, le cedieron unas casas ubicadas en este pueblo, en la Calle Real que sale hacia Veracruz, por bienes de María de Thormes, madre de los susodichos, sobre las que están impuestos 400 pesos de censo principal a favor de la Capellanía que sirve el Lic. Miguel Pantaleón Díaz de Acosta, a cuyo favor otorga que reconoce dicho censo principal, por lo que se obliga al pago de dichos réditos mientras no se redima el principal.
