El Capitán Pedro Fernández de Santillán, Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, otorga poder especial a don Bartolomé de Gálvez Corral, de la misma Orden de Santiago y al Capitán Alonso Gil Moreno, vecino de la Ciudad de Guatemala, para que lo que uno empiece el otro lo termine, y para que en su representación comparezcan ante los jueces y justicias del Reino de Guatemala y pidan la escritura de testamento de Juan de Urquía u otra cualquier disposición que hubiere hecho al fallecer en el navío que venía del Perú en septiembre de 1702.
