Juan Jerónimo del Barrio, natural del pueblo de Jalapa y vecino del paraje la Estanzuela, hijo legítimo de los difuntos Jerónimo del Barrio y Juana de Aguilar, viudo de Ana Barradas, realiza testamento, en el cual nombra como albacea a su hijo Felipe y como herederos al mismo, en compañía de Antonio Vicente, María Guadalupe, Teresa de Jesús, Miguel de la Cruz, Ana Francisca, Juan José, Juan Faustino, Antonia Josefa y Carlos José, sus demás hijos legítimos, exceptuando de este último nombramiento a su hijo Juan Germán que por culpa suya lo metieron en la cárcel y en cuyo tiempo se gastó lo que le podría haber tocado...
