Doña Catarina Viviana Ortiz de Zárate, viuda de don José Antonio Rincón, tutora y curadora de la persona y bienes de su hija doña María Gertrudis Rincón, dijo que por muerte del hermano de su esposo, el Bachiller Juan Antonio Rincón, se formaron inventarios de sus bienes, de los cuales a su hija como heredera de su padre le tocaron 600 pesos que estaban en poder de su hermano don Manuel Rincón, por lo otorga que ha recibido de dicho Manuel, la cantidad señalada en dinero de contado, la cual entregará a su hija para cuando tenga la edad para recibirlos, obligándose a vestirla, alimentarla, y para su seguridad hace hipoteca de la casa de su morada que se compone de 28 y tercias varas de frente con su sitio de 58 varas.
