Don Francisco de Echeagaray, Teniente Coronel de Dragones de la Ciudad de México, con poder para testar de doña María Fernández Marín, su madre, vende a don José Antonio de la Pedreguera, una casa, la cual estuvo hipotecada en 1, 432 pesos y 2 reales, a favor de los herederos de don Francisco Miguel Velad; ubicada en la calle que sube de la Parroquia para el Calvario; linda al norte con casa y arrimos del difunto don Gaspar de Olavarrieta, al sur con casas y arrimos de los herederos de don Francisco Luciano, y hoy posee Andrés Rojo, al fondo con parte de los herederos del difunto Thormes y un jirón de varas y al poniente con la Calle del Molino, dicha venta la hace en 350 pesos, de los cuales 175 pesos corresponden a los citados herederos de Francisco Miguel Velad.
