Doña [María] Josefa de la Torre, viuda de don Miguel de Barros, vecina de esta Villa de Xalapa, vende a doña María Rita Rodríguez [de León], de esta vecindad, una casa de material, cubierta de teja y ladrillo, la cual mide 8 y 3/4 varas de frente y 50 de fondo, ubicada en la esquina del Puente de Lagos, linda al sur con la Calle Nueva y casa de don Gregorio de Ochoa, al norte con el arroyo que viene de Xallitic, al oriente con calle que va para el Puente de Lagos, y al poniente con casa y solar de don Nicolás Fernández, dicha venta la hace en 700 pesos.
