Don José Antonio Pereira de Castro y doña María Luisa Salvo, marido y mujer, vecinos de esta Villa de Jalapa, otorgan que han recibido de don Francisco Javier Sáenz de Santa María, la cantidad de 1, 200 pesos, los cuales se obligan a tener en calidad de depósito irregular por el tiempo de 10 años, y para la seguridad en su pago hipotecan una casa de paredes, cubierta de tejas y madera, linda al norte con la calle Real y casas de don Juan Contreras y de don José Arias y Torija, al oriente con casa que fue de don Dionisio Ángel Salvo y ahora lo es de don Fernando de Bárcena, al poniente con casa de don Lino Carasa Jiménez y al sur con casa que llaman del Divinísimo.
