Don Antonio Rodríguez Rojo, vecino de la hacienda de Santa Bárbara, partido de Misantla de este departamento y residente en este suelo, albacea dativo del difunto don Antonio María de Casas, que fue de esta vecindad y dueño de la hacienda de San Antonio, en términos de este partido; otorga poder general al licenciado don Luis Gonzaga Gago, de esta vecindad, para que en su representación gestione, pronuncie y practique jurídica o extrajudicialmente cuanto sea conducente al giro y conclusión de la testamentaria de dicho finado. También le confiere dicho poder para todos los asuntos, pleitos, causas y negocios que tenga al presente o en adelante se le ofreciere a la repetida testamentaria de Casas.
