Don José de Ceballos y Burgos, residente en su ingenio Nuestra Señora del Rosario, dijo haber dado poder a Eugenio Fernández de Ledezma, vecino de la ciudad de México, para que en su nombre recibiese 16 000 pesos de oro común, que los señores inquisidores apostólicos de Nueva España le dieron a censo impuesto en este ingenio, y por ausencia del susodicho, para recibir los referidos pesos, otorgó su poder a Luis González y Alonso Montero, vecinos de esta jurisdicción.
