María Francisca Ortiz, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, viuda de Juan Barrios, declara que su difunto marido, vendió a Domingo Díaz Mier, vecino del mismo pueblo, un pedazo de tierra en 60 pesos, ubicada en la Estanzuela de Chiltoyac, la cual linda al oriente con tierras de doña María Pérez, al poniente con tierras del citado don Domingo, al norte con la hacienda de Nuestra Señora de los Remedios y al sur con tierras de María Pérez, mujer del comprador y como al momento de la venta no otorgó la escritura, hace esta declaración para validar dicha venta.
