Concierto celebrado entre Juan Sánchez Pantigossa, vecino de los Llanos de Ozumba, e Isabel Tamayo, heredera de la mitad de la Venta de Lencero, en el cual Sánchez Pantigossa dio en arrendamiento la mitad de la venta a Isabel Tamayo, durante dos años, ganando 165 pesos de oro común anuales; de lo procedido, ella pagará 125 pesos de oro común a don Francisco Pérez de Salazar, y el resto lo destinará para reparar la referida venta. Durante dos años, él no le pedirá cuentas de ninguna cosa, pero ella tampoco lo hará del tiempo en que Juan Sánchez tuvo arrendada su mitad.
