José Antonio Laguna y Antonio Ruan, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, comparecen ante Antonio Primo de Rivera, Alcalde de la jurisdicción de Jalapa y de Jalacingo, para denunciar y registrar una mina de oro, plata, cobre y otros metales, ubicada al lado oriente y frente de la mina de San Miguel de las Cuevas, a orillas del Río de Romerosco en la falda del cerro de Zomelahuacan, designándole por nombre “Nuestra Señora del Rosario”.
