Don Miguel Pérez de Medina, Cura, Vicario y Juez Eclesiástico en el pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial al Licenciado Antonio de Bárcena, Cura del Sagrario de la Catedral de la Puebla de los Ángeles, para que en su representación se pueda oponer a los curatos que se encuentran vacíos de lengua mexicana en este Obispado, ante el Venerable Deán o tribunal que fuere, menos de esta y la Villa de Córdoba por ser de tierra caliente y expresamente se oponga al curato de Santa María Nativitas, Santa Inés Zacatenco, San Francisco Topoyango, Cholula y el Santo Ángel Custodio de la Ciudad de Puebla de los Ángeles.
