Doña Nicolasa Domínguez, viuda y albacea de don Juan Gómez de Estrada, vecina de la Villa de Xalapa, usando el poder que para testar le otorgó su difunto marido, procede a otorgar su testamento de la siguiente manera: impone 300 pesos a réditos a favor de los reverendos padres guardianes del Convento de San Francisco, para el aceite de la lámpara del Divinísimo. Declara que tuvieron cuatro hijas. Nombra como albacea testamentaria a don Juan Bocelo y a don Nicolás Manuel Fernández del Campo, y como herederas a sus cuatro hijas.
