Pedro de Irala, beneficiado del partido de Jalapa, capellán perpetuo de la capellañía de misas que instituyeron Melchor Pérez y María Pérez de Cárdenas, declaró que para la cobranza de los réditos dio poder a Diego del Villar, vecino de esta jurisdicción; y por medio del presente, lo revocó y otorgó su poder cumplido a su hermano el Padre Marcos de Irala de la compañía de Jesús, Prefecto de los estudios del Colegio de la ciudad de México, para que reciba y cobre de F[H]ernando de Porras Aparicio, inquilino censuatario de la dote de dicha capellanía, los réditos corridos, siga y concluya el pleito que sobre ella está comenzando en el juzgado y audiencia arzobispal de la ciudad de Mexico.
