Antonio Arrieta y Bernardo Arrieta, hijos de José de Arrieta, vecinos de Coatepec, a nombre de los hijos de su difunto hermano, otorgan poder a don Juan Ignacio Rubín de Celis, para que se presente en el Tribunal de Bienes de Difuntos, a deducir el derecho que les compete como únicos parientes del difunto don Ildefonso José Alavierto, presentando para ello, escritos, testimonios e informaciones, y en virtud de lo cual pida la adjudicación de la herencia, y una vez conseguida, la reciba y otorgue recibos, cartas de pago finiquito, por lo que se le confiere éste con libre y general administración con facultad de sustituir.
