Don Francisco Antonio Díaz y Herrero, del Comercio de España y residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, declara que recibió de don Baltazar de Arechavala, vecino de la Ciudad de México, la cantidad de 25, 000 pesos por escritura de fecha 23 de diciembre de 1777; los cuales se obliga a pagar y devolver en la Ciudad de México el 23 de diciembre de este año al citado Arechavala, junto con 1, 150 pesos de premio a razón de 20, 000 el millar.
