Don Andrés de la Peña, de esta vecindad, otorga que debe y se obliga a apagar a don Luis García Teruel, residente en su hacienda de Lucas Martín, 2 300 pesos a réditos de 5 por ciento anual, cuya paga hará con los frutos del trapiche de Tenampa, entregándole cuanto produzca desde este día en adelante a precios corrientes sin reservarse para sí, ni vender ninguno. Para seguridad hipoteca los cañales, mulas, aperos, cercas, utensilios y todo cuanto conste ser del otorgante en dicho trapiche, pues las tierras y casas son ajenas.
