Don José de la Peña Tejeda, clérigo, vecino de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, residente al presente en este pueblo, con poder de su padre Pedro de la Peña, dio en arrendamiento a Tomás de la Calleja, vecino de esta provincia, un sitio nombrado Buenavista ubicado en el pago de Chiltoyac el Viejo, linde con tierras del ingenio de (San Sebastián) Maxtlatlan, con sus jacales y cercas, por tiempo de dos años, a partir del 1° de mayo del presente año, en el precio de 50 pesos de oro común anuales, con declaración de que no habrá de hacer mejoras sin el consentimiento de su parte.
