El Presbítero Manuel José de Campo, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga que vende al Presbítero José Alejandro de Campo, de esta misma vecindad, una casa ubicada en la calle de la Caridad, que linda por su frente hacia el norte con casa de don Juan de Bárcena, al oriente con casa de los herederos de don José Mateo Rubio Roso, al poniente con casa de Manuel Martínez, por el fondo al sur, con solar que fue de Pedro Montiel. La vende por precio de 500 pesos; 300 que reconoce a censo a favor de la Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción y 200 que le ha pagado.
