Don Antonio de Sequeda, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que tiene su propia vinatería y comestibles que plantó en la calle de Belén, frente al cuartel de Dragones en una casa de doña Antonia Barreda, alquilada por la temporada de la presente flota, la cual dejó a cargo de Antonio de Espino. Propiedad que vende y traspasa a dicho Espino en 308 pesos 5 ½ reales, 191 pesos 4 reales son por el sueldo que le corresponde por su trabajo en la tienda y 126 pesos 3 ½ reales que el otorgante señala tiene recibidos y le entrega recibo en forma.
